Would you agree that Mentally we all know that happiness is a choice?

For the most part, we've learned it's best to choose to follow the rules, to do our best, to be "good" people.
We strived to be good students and achieve our goals, we spent time and energy to earn a degree or qualifications.
We certainly have tried to be good family members, friends, parents, and lovers.

We may even have obtained the "white picket fence" or on the other hand - regardless of our efforts...
our dreams and goals have remained elusive or tangled up in other hardships.

So does it even matter, if we put our energy into doing all "the right" things?

I had to ask myself these very questions again and again...

Are you REALLY even happy?
What does it mean to BE HAPPY?
Is it a feeling, a belief, a state of being?
What does it even look like to be at Peace in my life? 
What am I not doing that I should be doing?
What am I doing that I can release?

And many many more...

My continued journey of self-inquiry has brought me to this place - to the belief that

our RADIANCE stems from a deep sense and knowing of PEACE.

Your world seems fuzzy and unfocused, and your heart just isn't in the things you used to find joy in...and every day you're pleading with yourself and praying to whoever else is up there and might be listening ..."What can I do...something's GOT to change, I just can't continue like this."

​I'm Catherine

It has taken me my current life on this planet to finally express the fullness of my energy without feeling guilty or worrying about whether anyone would feel uncomfortable because I wanted to LOVE LIFE & BE HAPPY!

For years I adapted my energy to suit other people's vibration...convinced it was my responsibility to do what was expected of me within the hierarchy of roles I was a part of.

Whether I believed I was ready to confront this or not, it didn't matter, it was time! I was painfully aware that the outer expression of how I was showing up in my life, wasn't in full radiant alignment with my Soul's truth.

And 4 years ago my Soul said, "Catherine! The time is now! You have work to do and this isn't it! You know what you're inner calling is, stop letting your fear of being judged stop you from serving your purpose. It's time to believe in yourself and have faith in what you know."

Enter my connection and desire to get Certified in Feng Shui and finally practice my intuitive abilities professionally (something that I had to give myself permission to do, to break through beliefs that my intuitive abilities weren't worthy of respect and that I wouldn't be taken seriously).​
